Adult Training
Why Adult Training Matters
Trained leaders are the backbone of a successful Scouting program. The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) offers a variety of training courses designed to equip adult leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver a safe, engaging, and effective Scouting experience. Whether you're a new leader or a seasoned volunteer, there's always something new to learn!
🔹 Deliver a Better Program – Confident, knowledgeable leaders create a more engaging experience for Scouts.
🔹 Ensure Safety – Training helps leaders recognize and prevent risks during activities.
🔹 Lead with Confidence – Gain the tools you need to mentor Scouts effectively.
🔹 Have More Fun! – The more you know, the easier (and more enjoyable) leading becomes.
